Julie Butterfield
Founder
Julie Butterfield is the proud mother of four children: two adopted from Liberia in 2005 and two biological children. Julie is currently pursing a Bachelor Degree in Cultural Antropology at UCCS. Julie has cultivated an immense love and appreciation for Liberia, the people and the culture through her many visits to the country. She has interviewed and work side by side with many young adults in Liberian. Their stories and struggles urged her to start an organization, The Found Generation, to provide young adults in Liberia with an opportunity to become Christian business owner. Julie is a full-time marketing and sales associate and is an active member of the New Life Church.

Stefania Forte
Executive Director
Stefania Forte is a native of Liberia . She and her family relocated to Italy during the civil war in Liberia. There she spent 12 years of her life. She currently lives in Philadelphia, PA. and is the Director of Forte Construction Group, Inc. Stefania is currently completing a Masters degree in Non-Profit Management at Easter University. She is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish. Her avid interest in social issues lead her to volunteer for many non-profit organizations in the past five years helping Liberian youths in the Diaspora succeed through education and assimilation to their host culture. Stefania dedicates a great amount of her time helping students in the Philadelphia School District and surrounding counties demystify stereotypes and expand their perspectives on Africa through workshops and presentations. Stefania enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, learning Krahn and Kiswahili. She is a strong believer in the power of education to change the world.

Peter Kajeneli
Board of Directors
For nine years, Peter worked for various humanitarian organizations including the United Nations, International Rescue Committee and Lutheran World Federation. Not only he gained life and experience, working for the aforesaid organizations was an invaruable honour to him, and at the same time Peter was very basked to be on service for vulnerable individuals whose lives were in danger during the aftermath of civil war and genocide in Rwanda. In the same framework, he is pursuing his dream to further his education in medical related studies, so that he can give more to the society.
